Do you have an idea in mind? Here’s how to get started…

To start, send over an email outlining the details of your project. Let us know the ins and outs - event type, design/style, color palette, and what you may want to include (i.e. information cards, envelope liners, etc.) Not 100% sure? We’re here to help!

Once we’ve nailed down the project details, I’ll pull together a quote based on your design requests and quantities.

-Contract & DEPOSIT-

After you’ve reviewed and approved the quote, you’ll receive a contract with a request for a 50% deposit.

-preliminary DESIGN MEETING-

Upon receiving the deposit, we’ll schedule a preliminary design meeting to discuss the project details. It is here that we will look at inspiration boards, nail down wording, color pallets and more.

After our meeting, you’ll receive a sketched mock-up for review. You are given up to three layout and design revisions before painting begins. Once painting is complete, we’ll send a preview of each art element for your review. Upon approval of the art portion, you’ll receive a full proof where you will be asked to carefully review and ultimately sign-off on all design elements, spelling and grammar.
